With over 30 years experience in law enforcement and 10 years as an accreditation manager and assessor, he specializes in accreditation management, strategic planning, managing projects, improving efficiency of operations, teambuilding, and detailing project information to determine effective processes for operations. He is able to identify strengths & weaknesses, implement policies, standards, changes in operations, and systems that optimize productivity and the bottom line. Proven abilities to maximize productivity, and control costs through the most effective use of manpower and available resources has led him to a successful career in law enforcement.

His team of professionals are experienced in several disciplines within law enforcement functions and are trained and prepared to deal with all components within a law enforcement agency.
